Artificial Intelligence experts have warned that technologyallowing a preprogrammed robot to shoot or kill with nohuman involvement these years rather than decades away. Areport, by Human Rights Watch at Harvard Law School, calls fora ban on lethal autonomous weapons, sometimes known askiller robots.
