Location: Xiamen/Beijing


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for complex projects associated with the maintenance of tax records.

2. Responsible for developing and implementing systems for tax reporting.

3. Supervises the preparation of tax returns, estimated payments and tax provision to ensure the calculations are accurate and timely.

4. Maintains a professional relationship with audit staff, and manages auditor activities to minimize audit scope and duration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Typically requires 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience

2. Strong tax knowledge.

3. Strong analytical skills.

总账会计

Location: Xiamen

Responsibilities:

1. Recommends and updates cost center requirements and rollup structures with the financial control group within determined deadlines

2. Researches, recommends and drives implementation of system improvements to increase department efficiency and accuracy

3. Reviews journal entries and account reconciliations including supporting documentation to ensure accurate reporting

4. Provides suggestions for improving processes performed within the team

Accounting Receivable
应收账款会计

Location: Xiamen/Dalian

Responsibilities:

1. Addresses escalated outstanding account balances.

2. Trains and coaches less experienced team members.

3. Establishes collection action based on analysis of information.

4. Responsible for reconciling Bank accounts and analyzing gap between GL and Bank closing balance.

5. Manages Process Reporting requirements.

6. Minimizes escalations at process level through increased efficiency & effectiveness.

7. Runs Voice/ email dialer and ensures adequate staffing coverage to support customers.

8. Processes credit card transactions manually.

Qualifications:

1. Strong accounting knowledge

2. Good analyzing skills

3. Good partnering skills

4. Fluent Korean if location in Dalian
