听写包食用方法：
第一遍，整段听完，复述中文大意。

第二遍，逐句精听，试着写下来每一个单词。

第三遍，对答案（今天的听写包明天放答案哦），画出语音现象，跟读。

口语包食用方法：

以下是托福口试真题，请大家认真准备，如果刚开始不能流畅回答，就尝试先在纸上以关键词的形式写出大纲，然后串联着说。
