香港城市大学能源与环境学院（School of Energy and Environment, City University of Hong Kong）助理教授Sai Kishore Ravi博士现招聘博士研究生。课题组的实验室名为Materials Engineering for Sustainable Systems And Green Energy (MESSAGE) Lab。

我们希望招聘对以下科研方向怀有热切兴趣的学生：

1. 太阳能燃料（Solar Fuels）：开发用于绿色制氢、半人工光合作用和光催化/生物催化CO2还原的复合功能材料
2. Water-Energy Nexus：开发具备环境可持续性的用于光介导/生物催化的水处理、废水-能源转化、太阳能海水淡化除盐系统

职责：设计和进行实验；评估和分析数据，撰写论文和研究计划，以及完成分配和安排的其他科研职责。

招聘要求：

1. 材料科学/材料工程/化学/化学工程/生物工程/能源科学与工程/机械工程或相关学科的本科学位
2. 对材料科学和开发器件的实验与科研的兴趣与热情

Sai Kishore Ravi博士至今共发表SCI论文30余篇，其中以第一（含共同）和通讯作者在Sci. Adv.、Nat. Commun.、Energy Environ. Sci.、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Energy Mater.等期刊发表论文10余篇。此外，Sai Kishore Ravi博士具有多年的期刊编辑经历（供职期刊包括Adv. Mater.、Adv. Energy Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.等），与Wiley出版社以及国内外多个知名课题组和实验室保持紧密合作联系。

Message-Lab is hiring PhD Students!

Dr. Sai Kishore Ravi, Assistant Professor, School of Energy and Environment (SEE), City University of Hong Kong, is recruiting PhD Students.

We are looking for an enthusiastic student who is interested in the following areas:

•        Solar Fuels: Development of hybrid functional materials for green hydrogen production, semi-artificial photosynthesis, and photocatalytic/bio-catalytic CO2 reduction
•        Water-Energy Nexus: Development of sustainable systems for light-mediated/bio-catalytic water treatment, wastewater-to-energy conversion, and solar desalination

Responsibilities: Design and conduct experiments; evaluate and analyze data, write papers and research proposals, and perform any other research duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•        A UG degree in Materials Science/ Materials Engineering/ Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Bioengineering/ Energy Science and Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
•        A passion to conduct experimental research in materials science and develop devices.
•        Good communication skills, a good command of written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills and scientific writing skills are required.
