【Responsibilities】

1. Work with US and Asia teams to research on video/subtitle availability and cost estimates;

2. Request screener access for new titles;

3. Support new client onboarding, data updates, new IP address whitelisting and resolve technical issues;

4. Manage ordering and locating of broadcast videos, English scripts or subtitle files (Mandarin & English) and arrange delivery to clients;

5. Prepare censorship materials such as translating credits, ordering censorship videos, editing and prepare for submission;

6. Provide quotation, requirements, material editing and manage payment for clients and vendors;

7. Review Mainland Mandarin main title and subtitle with local teams and vendors;

8. Partner with Anti-Piracy team in Burbank and local agency for pirated content removal.

【Qualifications】

1. Studying towards a bachelor or master degree in any disciplines with strong interest in media and entertainment industry;

2. Graduating by 2024;

3. Be able to commit 3-5 days (full-time preferred) for at least 6 months;

4. Possess an excellent command of written and verbal English;

5. Proactive, detail oriented and the ability to be resourceful in a fast-paced environment;

6. An adaptable team player with good communication skills and able to work independently;

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
