I think a good leader should have some qualities which includes keen judgment and good interpersonal skills.
First, a good leader is required keen judgment. They need making big decisions. Only having a clear mind and profound knowledge can improve the performance of the team.
Second, a leader should know how to manage people. For example, a leader should know how to solve problem and make sure the whole team working when two
members in team don't get along well.
