Job description:
1. Support brand manager for key project, including brand communication and product sampling, ensure sampling and brand activation’s smooth execution with well preparation.
2. Drive operational routine with internal cross functions & external agencies to ensure operational success and continuous improvement on efficiency.
3. Manage key projects execution individually, contact point with agencies for daily operation and proactively solve problems in time.
4. Prepare contracts for vendors, issue PR and PO via SAP.
5. Other occasional work.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or master’s degree
2. Working period: Jan- Jun, 2023, 4-5 days per week preferred;
2. Education or project experience in marketing, brand activation and agency management
3. Initiative, quick learning ability, able to work under pressure.
4. Good at English and communication skills, MS Office application
5. Able to be on board before in June preferred
