ubc的入学时间，一般是1月份，5月份，9月份可以选择， 比较自由。

英语成绩：toefl : 90 overall with a minimum score of 22 in reading & listening and a minimum score of 21 in writing & speaking.
                 ielts : minimum overall band score of 6.5, with no individual score less than 6.0.
