各位同学们，为了督促帮助大家持续提升英语能力，培君老师们特意给大家准备了托福每日一包。每天覆盖听说读写内容，坚持完成两周以上，就能见到自己的英语能力不断上涨哟。

1.听写包
听写包食用方法：
第一遍，整段听完，复述中文大意。
第二遍，逐句精听，试着写下来每一个单词。
第三遍，对答案（今天的听写包明天放答案哦），画出语音现象，跟读。

2.口语包
口语包食用方法：
以下是托福口试真题，请大家认真准备，如果刚开始不能流畅回答，就尝试先在纸上以关键词的形式写出大纲，然后串联着说。
边说边用“培君”APP录音，口语老师们会认真批改你们的口语包答案哦。

成吉思汗（Genghis Khan）是世界历史上杰出的政治家和军事家。1206年，他统一草原上的各个部落，建立了大蒙古国（the Mongol Empire）。建国之后，成吉思汗多次发动战争，使蒙古帝国成为人类历史疆域最为广阔的国家。除了伟大的军事成就，成吉思汗在其他方面也推动了帝国的发展。他颁布法令创建蒙古人的书写文字，制定法律并促进宗教宽容。成吉思汗既是世界上著名的历史人物，又是一个极具争议的统治者。几百年来，有很多名人、学者从不同的角度对他进行了研究和探讨。
