凯斯西储大学（Case Western Reserve University），世界著名高等学府，简称CWRU，是一所以独立研究著称的世界顶级私立研究型大学，位于美国俄亥俄州克里夫兰。凯斯西储大学是美国一级国家级大学，同时也是美国大学协会（The Association of American Universities）的62所顶尖研究型大学中较早期的成员之一。该校有17位诺贝尔奖得主，美国第一位本土诺贝尔奖获得者也出自该校（1907年物理学奖）。凯斯西储大学是获得联邦研究基金最多的15所私立大学之一，常年稳居US News综合大学排名40名左右，其开设的法律、管理、医学、护理等专业都在业界享有很高的学术声誉和认可度。美国凯斯西储大学具有雄厚的资金支持教学和研究，奠定了它在全美、甚至全球的地位，更增加了不少研究生申请奖学金的机会。土木工程系成立于1880年。它以其学术声誉而闻名.

All-course option for the MS degree in Civil Engineering
Fellowship of up to 25% of tuition waiver is included for accepted qualified applicants pursuing the All-course option for the MS degree. TOEFL - 80 minimum, or IELTS – 6.5minimum. The all-course option degree can be completed in a year.
