There are two major areas that I will focus on in mytalk:
how vegetation can have a significant effect onurban climate,

Trees can have a significant impact on our cities.
They can make a city, as a whole, a bit less windy ora bit more windy, if that's what you want.

如果是澳洲市区炎热的夏天，树木能使天气凉快一点，又或者如果是干燥的内陆城市，树木能使空气湿润些。
在本地区域，尤其是城市内某些区域，树木能使该区域更多树荫，更凉快，更湿润，也同时大大减少风力。
