Job Description:
Support global logistics foreign trade project go live in all CN 42 plants
Support project data collection, summary, analyze and PPT beautify
Responsible for SAP\FTS system maintenance independently
Responsible for admin tasks, incl. meeting, schedule etc
Requirements:
Availability of at least 4 days/week for 6 months
Fluent in oral and written English
Well-prepared ability working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Fast learner with good communication skills, logical thinking, data analytical & processing skills and detail-oriented working style
Familiar with international trade
Experience of project management is preferred
A quick learner who is self-driven and detail-oriented
Compensation:
115 RMB/day (before tax) for undergraduates 145 RMB/day (before tax) for postgraduates
Location:
333 Fuquan N. Road, Shanghai with company shuttle bus at Songhong Rd Station every 10 mins
上海市福泉北路 333 号（2 号线淞虹路地铁站下有班车接送，上下班时间 5 分钟一班，路程大概 10 分
钟。浦东、三林、五角场、莲花路、莘庄等有长线班车）
