Georgia State University（GSU）是⼀所R1综合性州⽴⼤学，坐落在美国佐治亚州⾸府亚特兰⼤。主校区在Atlanta Downtown，步⾏距离到CNN，World of Coca-Cola，Georgia Aquarium。Fortune 500公司中有16家的总部在Metro Atlanta地区，⽽且学校区域⼤⼤⼩⼩的公司不计其数。Atlanta属于新兴的科技城市，但⽣活成本⽐加州和纽约低很多。附近有5个超⼤型亚洲超市和若⼲个中⼩型亚洲超市。是⼀个学习⽣活⽅便的城市。

PhD学⽣要求
学位: 硕⼠优先;
专业: CS/CE
基本要求：Good mathematical and programming skills
研究经验: ⾮必须，但有在较好的计算机会议或期刊发表论⽂者优先
语⾔要求: 托福，雅思，Duolingo都可以。有英⽂期刊⽂章发表的可免GRE
