Angry and upset

Today I watched a short video on the internet and I was totally shocked by it, which is about a man brutally beating up a 3-year old kid for no reason. And then I saw the news telling that he is a psycho with violence issues and probably he won't be sentenced with a felony or imprisoned. I'm so angry and upset now that I can't even think about anything else. If the kid were my child, I would do anything to have this men down.
