Main Task :
Support regular recruiting function, e.g. telephone interview;
Interview feedback follow-up, Interview arrangement, etc.
Register monthly offered interns and open position information
Publish positions from different channels and audit numerous resumes
Positively gathering resumes and make telephone interview with candidates
Manage interns onboard
Make Intern contract and apartment allowance contract
Other department work
Requirement：
Bachelor or Master student in Human Resource,
Business Administration or other commercial related majors;
Excellent oral and written English and good communication skills;
At least 4 working days per week (8 hours per day) and no less than 6 months;
Rich experience in MS-Office;
ability to handle Outlook and Skype system could be a plus
