今天的口语：water under the bridge
water，水，under，表示方位的介词，在什么的下方，bridge，是桥
所以water under the bridge字面的意思是桥下的流水，因为流水不停留，一流而过，
所以就用这个短语来比如已经过去的事儿，过往云烟。
A: 嘿，我刚刚伤到你的感情了，对不起。
B：别在意，都是过去的事儿了。
A: Hey, I am sorry I hurt your feelings just now.
B: Don’t worry. It’s water under the bridge.
所有的这些小问题都会成为过往云烟的：
All these small problems will become water under the bridge.
