INNOCAP (Building public sector innovation capacity towards digital-driven NPA communities) is an EU’s NPA (Norther Periphery and Arctic) funded transnational research and development project. INNOCAP has eight partners from Ireland, Iceland, Sweden, and Finland. The overall objective is to provide enhanced quality and sustainable public services by enabling public sector organisations to lead the adoption of digital technologies. A key output will be a capacity building programme that prepares public sector organisations from three NPA geographical zones to pilot and further adopt four novel public services in the areas of climate change action, environmental management, or the digital and green transition.
