导师简介：
Tedrick Thomas Salim Lew，博士生导师，新加坡国立大学化学与生物工程系校长青年教授，助理教授，本科就读于帝国理工大学，博士毕业于MIT，师从Michael S. Strano教授，以一作在Nat. Plants, Nat. Nanotech., Adv. Mater. 等期刊上发表论文多篇。

基本要求
博士：
1.有志于植物纳米技术的研究，包括植物荧光成像，基因、蛋白等生物分子的传递等相关方向
博士期间接受的培训主要为以下内容：
1. Develop nanoparticle formulations and characterize their performance in vitro and in plants
2. Design new plant-based nanoparticles
3. Perform regular plant imaging experiments using fluorescence or confocal microscopy
4. Grow and maintain plants for experiments
博士后：
1 PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Plant Biology or related fields.
2 Published at least 1-2 publications as a first author in top international peer-reviewed journals
3 Experience in nanomaterial or biomaterial synthesis for sensing or biomolecule delivery (e.g. gene or protein delivery)
4 Experience in bioimaging, such as confocal and fluorescence microscopy
5 Strong communication and analytical skills
